CRM & IT Support Analyst

A unique and rewarding career opportunity is available for a talented IT Support Analyst with experience supporting a web based CRM. This role will be the single point of contact for our client organisation’s IT support needs and will be working in conjunction with an existing Network professional. The role‘s key areas of responsibility will be Desktop Support, CRM support and Financial applications support.

 

Success in the role is equally determined by strong communication skills and a heavy customer service focus. The ability to diplomatically and professionally communicate and work with people across all levels of the business is fundamental to this role.

 

To be successful you will need to demonstrate the following:

 

Technical Capabilities

  • Proficiency in providing support across a MS/Win environment, including XP, and all related applications
  • Skills in supporting a web based CRM is mandatory – Salesforce CRM is highly desirable
  • Skills in SQL and T-SQL is required for data extraction purposes
  • Ability to support either MYOB or QuickBooks is mandatory
  • Strong Outlook troubleshooting experience is a must, as is the ability to administer and configure new users onto the system
  • Solid systems analysis skills with experience in providing input to systems and performance enhancements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Tertiary qualification in IT or similar
  • 3-4 years of commercial experience in providing helpdesk and desktop support to corporate users
  • Experience working within an ITIL environment and/or ITIL certified
  • Experienced in working with a service tool (such as Remedy, Heat, etc)
  • Proven ability to liaise with 3rd party vendors
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and professional relationship building abilities are required, as you will be liaising with internal and external business stakeholders

The role is suited to a dynamic and confident individual possessing a high level of initiative and the ability to work well both autonomously and within a team environment. A flexible, can-do attitude is also key.
