The Service Desk Analyst will deliver a high level of service to and contribute to the smooth running of operations. You will be involved in Incident and Problem Management, logging and troubleshooting calls received from the Asia Pacific region.
To be successful in this role you will need to have superior customer service skills and will also have experience in a large scale Help Desk environment. You must also have excellent technical and investigative skills for effective trouble shooting.
If you have skill in a second language at a conversational level that would be highly regarded
THE SUCCESSFUL PERSON WILL HAVE:
- Certificate or degree in a related field (IT, software, product certification) and a working knowledge of ITIL.
- MUST have proven experience in large Help Desk environment, global preferred, with proven experience in providing support to corporate users across all business levels.
- Experienced in using the Windows XP platform and related applications
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Outlook / MS Exchange, Active Directory administration.
- Understanding of Citrix highly preferred as is Lotus Notes troubleshooting skills.
- Experienced in using a service management tool (e.g. Remedy Service Centre, HEAT, ITSM)
- Accustomed to working within tight SLAs
- Your ability to interpret technical instructions to non-technical users is paramount.
