We seek 2 highly talented Business Analysts with extensive Healthcare industry experience to work on a new enterprise wide initiative.
As these roles will enter at the very beginning of the project, your responsibilties therefore will centre around managing the requirements phase. You will be required to liaise with all stakeholders (business and IT), users, vendors and project managers.
Your healthcare industry experience is crucial to this role as you will be required to perform some SME functions in providing valuable industry business management services insight.
To be successful for this role you must meet the following criteria:
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications (additional certifications in project methodologies would be desirable).
- 10 years of experience in the Healthcare industry.
- Extensive experience as a true BA on projects across entire lifecycles - proficient in all BA processes, methodologies and deliverables (preferably a minimum of 7 years of BA experience).
- Superior skills in extracting requirements from both business and IT, along with advanced skills in facilitating requirements gathering activities (i.e. through workshops).
- High level of proficiency in creating BA related project documentations, i.e., Business Requirements Specifications, contributing to Business Cases, UAT strategies, etc.
- Experience with some or all of these tools: Process Mentor, Enterprise Architect, Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN v1.1+).
- Advanced skills in MS Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
Your second to none verbal and written communication skills are absolutely mandatory as is your client facing abilities and strong stakeholder and user management skills. Very strong team work skills and the ability to work autonomously as required to meet ALL project deliverables is mandatory, along with a high level of detail and value for delivering quality.
