Project Manager – Data Services & Security Reference No: 2001889

An opportunity has become available for a SeasonedProject Manager with experience in managing multiple large scale projects, along with experience working on infrastructure transition and data transformation initiatives. The purpose of this role is to manage and oversee a service transition between outsourcing partners.
To be successful in this role you must demonstrate the following:
- Extensive project management experience coupled with a structured, methodical and deadline driven approach
- Formal project management certification, PMP preferred
- 5+ years delivery experience as a project manager with experience in managing multiple large scale projects
- Solid understanding of network infrastructure and transition
- Utilities experience highly sought after
- Understanding of Security solutions such as Gateways, Firewalls and email & web content security
- Understanding of MPLS network technologies and CISCO products
- Experience with infrastructures such as WAN’s, Ethernet, Frame relay etc...
- Proficiency in managing project resources (including vendors) to ensure project milestones are delivered by agreed deadlines
- Highly developed leadership and people management skills
Your second to none verbal and written communication skills, along with your well developed interpersonal skills are key to your success in this role
